Job Overview
We are a fast-moving, growing used car business and are looking for someone to join our team preparing vehicles for sale and handling vehicle collections and deliveries. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone recently qualified or with some experience who wants more responsibility than a typical garage job.
Duties
- Servicing and preparing vehicles for sale
- Basic mechanical work (brakes, servicing, general prep)
- Identifying faults and working through vehicles in line with our prep process
- Completing vehicle checklists to a consistent standard
- Collecting and delivering vehicles
- Keeping stock ready and moving
Experience
- Has basic mechanical knowledge
- Can work through jobs methodically and spot issues
- Is reliable and able to work on their own
- Is happy with a mix of workshop and driving work
- Can keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Any experience buying vehicles or negotiating is an advantage, but not essential
Additional earning potential available through profit share on service and repair work
Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Pay: £26,233.00-£33,000.00 per year
