At Reds Housing, we are focused and dedicated in providing accommodation for the homeless. We provide accommodation to vulnerable adults with mental health, offending history, learning disabilities and substance misuse.
Reds Housing are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tenant File Auditor to carry out tenant file audits and ensure standards of paperwork are being upheld by Support Staff in preparation for external audits. All tenant files should reflect an exceptional standard of support service, care and provision.
Main Duties:
- Ensure that all files are regularly audited and ensure a documented track record of audit outcomes
- Set targets and deadlines for Support Staff and ensure they are met
- Provide feedback to Support Staff
- Liaise with Management
- Provide additional mentoring/training to Staff where required
- Upload Support Documents To Online Portal Weekly
The ideal candidate:
- Must have good knowledge of the Supported Accommodation Sector
- Must understand the requirements and standards required for Support Paperwork
- Must have strong Organisational skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage a workload and work to targets and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
