Day: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 05:00 – 17:00
Rate of pay: £13.59 per hour

About the Role (Ingredients Operator):
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Ingredients Operator to join our busy Dips and Sauces production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and weighing ingredients in our production machines, following detailed recipes to produce high-quality products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to production requirements and recipes.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure recipe compliance.
- Read and follow recipes, formulations, and production instructions carefully.
- Label prepared ingredients and products with the appropriate stickers and identification labels.
- Perform heavy lifting of ingredients and materials weighing up to 20 kg.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the preparation process.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while following standard operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in cold conditions (approx. 5 °C in production areas)
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically able to work on your feet and handle ingredients and equipment safely.
- Awareness of food hygiene and safety practices is a plus.
- Previous factory or production experience is a plus but not essential
