£14.84 per hour plus 40p per mile call to call

Job Overview
This role involves visiting adults in their own homes to support them with daily tasks, personal care and meaningful companionship. It suits someone who enjoys helping others, working independently and building positive relationships in the community
Key Responsibilities
- Support with washing, dressing and personal care
- Assist with meal preparation
- Provide companionship and chat during visits
- Help with light household tasks
- Support with mobility and encouraging independence
- Record notes after each visit
- Follow the care plan and report any concerns to the office team
What We Are Looking For
- A caring and reliable nature
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
Requirements
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
