Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team to conduct thorough research to identify potential contacts and maintain accurate, up-to-date information within our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify new business contacts and prospects - this may involve some phone calls but will be mainly data work.
- Utilize CRM software such as Pipedrive and Hubspot to input, update, and manage contact information accurately.
- Support outbound telemarketing efforts by verifying contact details.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or familiarity with B2B sales, telemarketing, or database research roles.
- Proficiency with CRM software as mentioned, although training can be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail for data entry, verification, and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and experience working with CRM software is highly desirable
You will be working in a self-employed capacity as a freelancer and will be responsible for your own tax and NI payments where appropriate.
This role can be carried out remotely but the successful applicant may be required to attend the office in Farlington for training and occasional F2F work.
Hours are part-time to suit successful applicant.
