Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research and talent mapping projects
- Identify, engage, and assess high-calibre professionals across targeted industries
- Support senior consultants throughout the executive search process
- Build and maintain candidate relationships through proactive networking
- Produce market reports, candidate profiles, and search documentation
- Manage and maintain candidate databases and CRM systems
- Assist with interview coordination and candidate management
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and talent movements
- Participate in client meetings and search strategy discussions
- Develop expertise within specialist industry sectors
What We're Looking For
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in business and financial markets
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital research tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Driven, ambitious, and motivated by professional success
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, research, customer service, or professional services is advantageous but not essential
