About This Role
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to support a wonderful 14-year-old within his family home, providing personalised day and night care as part of a supportive team. He is a lively, active young person with a fantastic personality.
He enjoys watching Spider-Man videos and cartoons, playing with Nerf guns, and singing along to his favourite songs and nursery rhymes. As he is non-verbal, we are looking for attentive carers who can recognise his individual cues, understand his needs, and provide consistent, compassionate support.
Building a trusting relationship is at the heart of this role. You will help him feel safe, valued, and supported while encouraging him to enjoy meaningful activities and make the most of each day.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required. *Have proven experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours.
