Harbour Lights Fish and Chips is looking for Fryers and Kitchen Assistants.

We are an award winning business that cherishes sustainable practices and responsibly sourced fish, selling Cornish products where we can. We're looking for a fun, neat and tidy personality to join our team and help us serve top class fish and chips to the town of Falmouth.
Our Fryers and Kitchen Assistants are responsible for preparing, cooking, plating up, and serving food. You will be ensuring great food quality, while maintaining a clean kitchen. With this, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a fast paced, busy kitchen.

The ideal candidate will:
Be available 20-40 hours a week.
Able to work a mix of daytimes, evenings and weekends.
Be reliable and able to work hard with the team in a busy kitchen.
Harbour Lights operates all year round, with the peak summer season more hours will become available. Current opening hours are 12.00-21.00 Monday to Sunday.
