For over 20 years, Pharmaxo Compounding has been producing readytoadminister sterile medicines - including cancer treatments and other complex therapies - in our highly regulated specialist facilities. Every day, our teams prepare lifesaving medicines with exceptional accuracy and quality, ensuring patients across the NHS and partner hospitals receive their treatment when it is needed most.
As the UKs largest independent aseptic service provider, we understand the pressures faced by hospital pharmacies. By specialising in chemotherapy and immunotherapy products, we share the same commitment to getting patients the right treatment, at the right time, without compromise.
Here, precision has purpose and every product you help create makes a real difference to someones life.
We are part of the wider Icon Group family, united by values that guide how we work and how we care:
Connect: We build meaningful relationships with patients, partners and each other.
Energy: We bring positivity, passion and commitment to every moment of care.
Innovate: We look for better ways to deliver safe, effective and personalised services.
Nurture: We support growth, wellbeing and development across our teams.
Onpurpose: We act with intention, integrity and a shared mission to improve lives.
These values define our culture and they are reflected in the way we care, collaborate and build our future together:
