Door Supervisors – Kettering
£13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors for one of Kettering's leading late night venues.
This is a well established, premium venue with a strong reputation and consistent weekend trade. We are looking to strengthen our existing team with reliable, professional individuals who can represent both the venue and the company to a high standard.
Whether you already have experience within the industry or are newly qualified and looking to build experience, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Get:
- £13.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts
- Additional midweek shifts available

What We're Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in busy environments
Previous experience within pubs, bars, or late-night venues is preferred but not essential.
