The Angel & Crown is not your average local – we are a funky 70s-style pub in the heart of Bethnal Green. Our space is a hub for DJ nights, live jazz, themed parties, and good vibes. What We Are Looking For
- Minimum one year experience in pubs or behind bars
- A people person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Confidence behind the bar
- Reliability and good communication skills
with locals and customers. Someone ready to step up as a team leader, or keen to grow into the role with our support
- Initiative taking attitude
What Youll Be Doing
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Pouring pints and preparing basic cocktails with consistency and care
- Delivering friendly yet professional customer service
- Setting up and maintaining the bar and floor during service
- Handling opening &!closing duties for bar and floor
- Taking on supervisory responsibilities of procedure, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring smooth service according to standards.
Pay Rate
- £13 to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
