Bristol’s antipodean café, Burra, is seeking a CDP for our award winning cafés in Bristol
Burra is all about providing quality service and products to our community. We’d love to add another member to our growing team with:

- Flexibility to work days between Monday-Sunday (7.30am -4pm)
- 4-5 shifts per week including weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Managing stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
- Reporgting Managment team if you see any incidences
Experience & Qualifications:
- Commercial Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
- Interest in food, cooking and baking
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings and weekends
