The Role:
Your role will be acting as Front of House & Client Support. You will need to be flexible as your shifts will be predominantly at our City location (EC3M) but you may need to cover at our Kensington location (W8) also. Shifts are Monday-Thursday 07.30am-4.30pm (early shift) or 10.30am-7.30pm (late shift) Friday 07.30am-4.30pm early or 9am-6pm late. Sunday closed. Contracted to 5 days per week. On rotation you will carry out weekend emails, 1 hour a day on a Saturday and a Sunday and you will then take back these 2 hours back the following week. Rota's are mixed and issued 1 month in advance.
- Acting as front of house and managing client and potential client enquiries (phone, email, in-house).
- Accurately managing diaries, updating the in-house booking systems, ensuring clients accounts are in order and new clients are processed accurately.
- Effective and confident liaison at all levels both internally & externally.
- Monitoring client memberships and payments, and negotiating renewals.
- Managing the in-house booking systems, ensuring client accounts are in order and payments up to date.
- Ensuring new clients are processed effectively and accurately on various systems
- Providing outstanding ongoing customer service and handling client queries both face-to-face and by email.
- Opening or closing procedures depending on shift.
- Ensuring front desk and retail sections are clean, tidy and stocked up.
- Helping with maintenance & operations when necessary while on shift.
- Involved in sales target and ensuring the overall customer experience is excellent.
