We have an opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join our plant based in Knottingley.
The role forms part of our General Maintenance team, responsible for daily PPM tasks and any in house electrical installation works/projects.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, overtime is available.
Basic Salary of £38,081. OTE of £46,000. Premiums are paid for weekend overtime & bank holiday working.

Stoelzle Flaconnage is deemed Stoelzle’s centre of excellence concerning development, production and decoration of Premium Spirits Bottles, with the capability to produce glass containers from 5cl up to 4.5l in extra white flint glass or feeder colouration. Due to the utmost flexibility, the site is able to also manufacture small batches for limited editions of luxury brands.
Responsibilities
· Complete preventative maintenance check sheets as required by the engineering team;
· Carry out repairs to all on site electrical & mechanical equipment as required;
· Complete all electrical works in line with current legislation & regulations;
· Ensure all electrical equipment & panels are in a safe and secure state to not endanger themselves or others;
· Assistance with the General Maintenance Fitters as required;
· Carry out all on site electrical installations;
· Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures;
· Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs;
· Ensure all the relevant paperwork is correctly completed;
· Undertaking other duties as requested by the Departmental Managers or other company Managers.
Skills & Qualifications Required
· Have experience in a similar or relevant role;
· Knowledge needed of PLC’s, 3 Phase supplies, synchronous motors & complex electrical & mechanical systems;
· NVQ Level 3 or above in electrical installations;
· 18th Edition desirable;
· Professional approach;
· Someone who can work independently, multitask, organise & prioritise workloads;
· Dexterity and good technical ability;
· Practically minded, able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in;
· Ability to remain focused.
