We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our London location.
Key Responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress:

Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service area.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.

Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
