Job Overview
We are seeking a permanent full time tooling assembly operative to join our innovative engineering team at Thermotool Engineering in Bridgwater. The successful candidate will play a vital part in producing high-quality tooling that meets production specifications, ensuring optimal performance and durability. The tooling assembly operative will assemble thermoforming tooling once all parts of the tool have been produced by our CNC operators. We take pride in the cutting edge tooling that we produce and we are looking for someone who can assemble the tooling and take real pride in this last part of the process. Previous experience is not necessary as all training is provided, we are looking for the right person to fit in with our supportive and collaborative team.
Please note that we work a 4-day week at Thermotool Engineering- normal hours would be 6.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 3 day weekend. Overtime often available if wanted.
