The Role
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join us initially on a part-time freelance basis for a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of moving to a full-time position later in 2026.
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the business. You'll be supporting the founder as well as working directly with clients and supporting on marketing strategy and execution.
We're looking for someone organised, with strong communication skills and a real attention to detail. You'll be assisting with content creation, copywriting, design and research - covering both client work and internal projects, with genuine visibility into how a growing business operates.
We'd love someone who is proactive and comfortable working remotely and independently, while being able to travel to Chichester or South London once a month for our in-person working days.

- Strong writing skills
- Client-facing communication skills
- Experience using Canva / design software
- Strong understanding of social media channels
- Microsoft and Google applications
- Notion - prior experience is a bonus but not essential
