Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage treatments
- Deliver professional massage services tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering personalised advice
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout all treatments
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Promote additional services and retail products to clients where appropriate
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist offering different types
- Level 3 or higher
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work in a professional manner while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Previous experience working in a spa or salon environment is advantageous
