Duties

- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, legal teams, and other stakeholders to streamline transactions
- Maintain detailed records of negotiations, client interactions, and transaction progress using organizational tools
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person to keep clients informed at every stage
- Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating listings, and scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client files and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to articulate property details clearly and negotiate confidently
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate appointments, document interactions, and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience or familiarity with real estate processes is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
