Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specialising in Business Development and Operations to lead strategic initiatives and optimise organisational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving growth through innovative business development strategies. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in aligning operational goals with organisational objectives, ensuring efficient resource utilisation, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle project planning, budget tracking, milestone delivery and regular progress reporting
- Source UK & international commercial opportunities, develop client pipelines and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate client meetings, conferences, exhibitions and all stakeholder communications
- Conduct market research, draft business proposals, presentations and strategic documents
- Support digital marketing, supplier management and internal operational improvements
- Undertake other reasonable role-related duties as requested by management

Essential Requirements
1. Hold permanent unrestricted right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this vacancy.
2. Confident conversational English for daily meetings, client communication and written work (no formal language certificate required)
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Project Management, Cultural Technology or related fields
4. Minimum 2 years project management and business development experience
5. Competent with Microsoft Office, budget tracking and basic CRM tools
6. Able to attend London office meetings and UK-wide travel as required
7. No secondary employment or self-run business without prior written company approval
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in cultural tech, international education or cross-border innovation projects
- Mandarin Chinese language skills
- Event planning, digital marketing and supplier coordination experience
