About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team in our 23-bed residential care home.
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence and comfort in a safe and homely environment.
This is a flexible, zero-hours position, allowing you to choose the shifts that suit your availability and lifestyle. Both day and night shifts are available.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting residents with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Supporting residents with meals and drinks
- Promoting residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Helping to keep the home clean, safe and welcoming
- Following all safeguarding, health & safety and infection control procedures

- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
