So, here's the deal.
We're a small, friendly deep-clean team in Milton Keynes and we're after another pair of hands. Someone hands-on, down-to-earth, and not afraid of a bit of graft. No two weeks look the same, with different places and different jobs, but the mission's always the same: take somewhere that's been left in a proper state and turn it into somewhere fresh, clean and ready to go.
Quick heads up though, this isn't light tidying. Some of these places can be rough. We need someone who'll roll their sleeves up, get stuck in, and isn't easily fazed. Honestly, if you're the type who gets a kick out of a massive before and after, you'll love it.
And the best bit? The team. We work hard, we have a proper laugh, and people actually look out for each other here. You won't be "just another number," you'll feel part of the group pretty quick.

What the days look like
Shifts are normally Mon to Fri, 9:30am to 3:30pm, though you'll only be working the days that suit you.
We like to be straight with people, so two honest notes. Now and then we might need a bit of flexibility if we're wrapping up a final clearance, and some finishes are earlier than others depending on the job. Nothing mad, just so you know what you're signing up for.
The actual work
You'll head to all sorts of properties, helping with things like:
- Deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Scrubbing, disinfecting and tackling the "problem areas"
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces down
- Glass, mirrors and all the high-touch bits (handles, switches, that sort of thing)
- Bagging up and getting rid of rubbish properly
- Generally getting the place to a proper "fresh start" standard

- Like staying active and don't mind physical work
- Take pride in doing a proper, thorough job (not a quick once over)
- Can follow instructions but also think on your feet
- Are reliable, friendly, and good with other people
- Can handle the tougher cleans without pulling a face
No experience? Not a dealbreaker. A year or so of cleaning is a bonus, but the right attitude matters more. A driving licence is handy too, but not essential.
