We are looking for a dynamic and hard working person to join a rapidly growing ecommerce store servicing the construction industry. The right person will be able to communicate well, adapting their language to speak with both customers and suppliers. They must be a problem solver and organised.
Your job will entail customer service duties, such as chasing orders with suppliers, ensure orders are delivered on time and the customer is informed throughout the journey. There will also be elements of market and product research to ensure information given is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The right candidate will need to have experience in mutitasking with multipe customers, suppliers and be able to problem solve in an efficent manner.
We are a growing business and want to invest in a hands on, problem solving, computer literature, enthusiastic individual. Once trained there will be flexibility to work from home as well in the office.
SALARY
Competitive rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.
WORKING HOURS
9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday, Friday 8:30-16:00
Previous customer service experience is essential.
