We are looking for a Night Porter for an immediate start. This Night Porter will be responsible for a 23-bed hotel and must have previous experience from a hotel environment.
You must a strong individual to manage the hotel in the absence of the management and be comfortable making decisions.
As the ideal Night Porter, you will be:
·Excellent work/life balance – 2-5 days a week
·A hands-on role with overall responsibility for the property whilst on shift
·Assist with reception duties including check in/out and taking reservations
·Monitor the security and safety of the property and its guests
·Cleaning and setup as required by the management team
·Effectively deal which may complaints which may arise
·Experienced Night Porter from a hotel background
·Self-motivated individual
·Calm under pressure with a track record of providing excellent customer service
·Ability to provide a memorable guest experience in a busy environment
·Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
