We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Back of House (BOH) team member to join our dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational flow behind the scenes, supporting front-of-house activities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all back-of-house areas, including storage rooms, kitchens, and prep stations.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as required, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels by receiving deliveries, checking for quality, and organising storage spaces efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth service delivery during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar back-of-house or kitchen support role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Pay: £8.55-£13.00 per hour
