TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Staff Development Administrator to support the delivery of an ambitious and impactful staff development strategy across the organisation. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same, requiring someone who thrives in a busy environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Working closely with the Head of Staff Development, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering training and development activities that enhance employee skills, knowledge and performance. You will organise and schedule training sessions and workshops, maintain accurate records of staff development activity, and ensure all training programmes run smoothly and efficiently.
The role involves frequent collaboration with colleagues at all levels, as well as external training providers, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You will also be responsible for responding to staff queries, supporting staff development events (including corporate training days), and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support, can work independently, and is committed to continuous improvement. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will be expected to respond to changing priorities and organisational needs.
About the person
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, capable of thriving in a busy, fast-moving environment. Essential skills and experience:
· Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a training, education or similar environment
· Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
· Strong data inputting and record-keeping skills with a high level of accuracy
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
· Experience of using Microsoft Office 365 to produce efficient and high-quality work
· Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and remain focused under pressure
Qualifications:
· GCSE (or equivalent) Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Additional requirements: A full UK driving licence is essential, as travel between sites will be required and a willingness to undertake mandatory training, including safeguarding, equality and health and safety.
