- Who this role is for
Who this role IS for
- You genuinely like people. Not "I'm a people person" on a CV — you're the one who remembers a client's daughter is sitting her A-levels, and asks about it on the next call.
- You're happiest being the go-to. When someone's confused, worried or about to drop out, you want to be the person who picks up the phone and sorts it — not the person hoping someone else does.
- You do what you said you'd do. Every time. If you told a client you'd call back Tuesday, you call back Tuesday. Our clients are trusting us with life-changing decisions; the follow-through is the job.
- You want to be in the room. Live events, evenings and weekends, helping people who've travelled across the country to be there. You find that energising, not draining.
- You're building a career, not filling a gap. No property experience needed and we train you fully — but we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us over years, not months.
Who this role is NOT for
- You want a quiet desk job. This is phone-first and people-first. You'll spend most of your day talking to clients, not working through a queue in silence.
- Evenings and weekends don't work for you. Our events run when our clients are free — which means some evenings and some weekends. That's not occasional overtime, it's part of the role. Be honest with yourself now.
- You avoid difficult conversations. Sometimes a client is upset, confused, or about to give up on themselves. Caring means leaning into those calls, not letting them go to voicemail.
- You're only here to learn property for yourself. We're delighted when our team invests — but if the training is the real reason you're applying, you'll be frustrated and so will we.
- You need someone chasing you. We'll train you properly and support you completely. What we can't do is remind you to send the confirmation email.
