About the Role
As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you'll work as part of a team delivering landscaping projects on new-build developments across Central Scotland.
Experienced landscapers will have the opportunity to build on their skills, take on greater responsibility, and progress into supervisory or Squad Leader roles.
If you're new to landscaping, don't worry. We'll provide training, guidance, and hands-on experience to help you develop the practical skills and confidence needed to build a successful career in the industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Planting trees, shrubs, and plants.
- Laying turf and carrying out soil preparation.
- Installing soft landscaping to a high standard.
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Looking after tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Learning new skills and developing your knowledge of landscaping techniques.
What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Takes pride in producing quality work.
- Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or similar outdoor work is beneficial but not essential.
A full UK driving licence is desirable, and a CSCS Card is an advantage, but we can help suitable candidates obtain the qualifications they need.
