Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Design professional to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales through various channels including social media management and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and analyse performance metrics via Google Analytics to maximise ROI.
- Create compelling content through copywriting that aligns with brand voice for websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Oversee e-commerce platform management on WordPress, ensuring product listings are optimised for SEO and user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and website updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and B2B opportunities; develop relationships with potential partners through B2B marketing efforts.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing visual content that enhances marketing materials and branding efforts.
- Analyse campaign data to generate insights that inform future strategies; report findings to stakeholders regularly.
- Lead social media management efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing online community presence.
- Organise email marketing campaigns using various platforms; segment audiences for targeted messaging.
- Manage organisational tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and organisational software to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO optimisation techniques and familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for content creation; experience with WordPress is essential.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English; capable of presenting ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of management principles, project management methodologies, and leadership qualities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms’ algorithms and best practices for engagement growth.
- IT literacy including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required; additional knowledge of email marketing tools is advantageous.
