What You'll Do:
You'll be at the heart of the action – matching high-quality support workers and care staff with services across the Northwest. Think recruitment with purpose. You’ll:
- Dedicated Account Manager for Inter-company supply, and co-division - there is no business development.
- Manage your own desk of care professionals.
- Build strong relationships, and liaise with Services Managers.
- Fill shifts and rotas with reliable, vetted, and experienced staff.
- Manage recruitment, bookings, and out-of-hours support on a rota basis (1 in 5)
- Grow your candidates through community partnerships
- Help people find meaningful work that changes lives
- Recruit, registered nurses, child and adult workers.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in social care or healthcare recruitment (preferred)
- A natural relationship-builder with confidence on the phone and in person
