Avia Technique Ltd is seeking a Junior Category Specialist Executive to join our Product Sales team. This entry-level commercial role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your aviation aftermarket knowledge while gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management, commercial sales support, and inventory-led sales activity. The position is designed to provide a clear development pathway towards greater commercial ownership and future progression within the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Component Manager, you will support the Product Sales function by delivering responsive commercial solutions to both internal and external customers. You'll be involved in outright sales, exchanges, loans, and consumable sales activity across aviation products while helping customers find practical and cost-effective solutions.
You'll gain exposure to aircraft safety equipment, aviation aftermarket operations, commercial negotiations, inventory utilisation, and customer account management, all within a fast-paced and growing aerospace organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to customer enquiries and RFQs, preparing quotations for sales, exchange, loan, and consumable requirements.
· Progress commercial opportunities through proactive customer follow-up and relationship building.
· Support customers and internal teams by providing practical, inventory-led solutions.
· Maintain accurate quotation, pipeline, order, and ERP system records.
· Develop knowledge of aviation products, inventory availability, and aftermarket operations.
· Work closely with Customer Services, Operations, and Logistics to ensure successful order fulfilment.
· Assist with stock promotions, customer communications, and marketing initiatives.
· Participate in training and development activities to build commercial and aviation expertise.

Desirable Experience
· Customer service, sales support, commercial administration, or similar experience.
· Exposure to aviation, aerospace, MRO, or technical industries.
· Experience using ERP systems.
· Knowledge of aviation products or aftermarket operations.
Working Arrangements
This role is primarily site-based in Wokingham to support collaboration, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Occasional travel may be required for customer visits, site visits, or industry exhibitions.
