The Engagement and Enrolment Officer is responsible for supporting learner and employer engagement activity across AKG Learnings Adult Skills provision.
The role holder will sit within the Enrolment and Learner Engagement Team and will be managed by the Learner Engagement and Partnership Lead.
The role will focus on engaging prospective learners, supporting them through the early stages of enquiry and enrolment, and working with employers and partners to create referral routes, course demand and progression opportunities.
The role holder will work closely with enrolment, sales, operations, marketing, delivery, quality and compliance teams to support learner starts, contract performance, learner experience and accurate reporting.
A key success factor is being able to build positive relationships with learners, employers and local partners while taking a hands-on approach to follow-up, events, pipeline management and conversion.
