Duties
- Lead and supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support kitchen staff in food production activities, including plating, garnishing, and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities to foster a positive work environment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience with food production, serving, and kitchen operations
- Background in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Barista experience or bar service skills are a plus for versatile beverage service roles
