Senior Breakfast Chef / Brunch Chef – The Creperie Co (Denton)
We’re looking for a serious breakfast chef — not a basic cook.
If your experience is limited to buffet-style hotel breakfasts or pre-prepped service, this role isn’t for you.
We’re building one of the strongest breakfast/brunch offerings in the area and need someone who can run the section, deliver quality under pressure, and bring ideas to the table.
The Role
- Lead and run breakfast/brunch service independently
- Cook fresh, made-to-order dishes with strong presentation and consistency
- Maintain high standards during busy periods (speed + quality)
- Contribute ideas to improve and evolve the menu
- Support kitchen organisation, prep, and stock control
- Ensure cleanliness and professional kitchen standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a brunch-focused kitchen (this is key)
- Confident cooking fresh breakfast dishes from scratch — not pre-made/batch style
- Strong understanding of flavour, presentation, and timing
- Someone who can take ownership, not wait for instructions
- Calm under pressure during peak breakfast hours
- Passion for quality food and continuous improvement
Ideal Background
- Experience in busy brunch cafés or premium breakfast spots
- Comfortable with dishes like eggs (all styles), loaded breakfasts, pancakes, waffles, speciality items, etc.
- Someone who naturally experiments and improves dishes, not just follows recipes
