We are currently growing rapidly whilst acquiring larger clients, some of which are some of the UK's biggest household names.
Unlike a digital agency where the aim is to sell hours, we sell virtual products allowing our staff to work in a more relaxed environment whilst having bigger overall ambitions.
With our head office based in Leeds City Center (Hanover Lane), Corefinity's staff work mostly from the office 4 days a week, with the exception of 1 Friday a month when they work from home.
Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in a digital Agency or experience working in a Service Desk related role looking to take the next step in their career.
You will take control of administrating our internal ticketing systems, liaising with the stakeholders, customers, developers and engineers. You will also be in charge of staff scheduling and tasks using processes in place.
You will be reporting directly to your line manager with a clear career path (if interested) in Client Services / Projects / etc.
Your key responsibility will be ensuring that all client queries and requests are handled in the appropriate manner within the agreed SLA. You will be able to make a significant contribution to the company within this role.
A clear career path will be provided with many opportunities available internally to be promoted (i.e the ability to run your own department (if interested) after x years, to be discussed based on experience).
Requirements
Strong customer service skills (1-2 Years experience)
History working within service desk or support platforms (1-2 Years experience)
Digital / Development agency experience (Preferred 1-2 Years)
