Duties

- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time efficiently during busy service periods to deliver swift, friendly service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, aiming to exceed expectations at every turn
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and order management
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and preparation processes
