Responsibilities
- Assisting the sushi chef in preparing a range of sushi
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working space in accordance with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Prior experience preparing sushi is preferable
- Health and safety qualifications preferable
Shifts are evenings only 5pm to 9pm, Tuesdays to Sundays
