The Role
You'll be working across the full range of our services, including high-end paint correction, professional ceramic coating application, underbody protection treatments (including Lanoguard), and full interior and exterior detailing. Day to day, you'll be carrying out paint correction to remove imperfections and restore finishes, applying ceramic coatings for long-lasting protection and gloss, treating and protecting underbody and chassis areas using Lanoguard and similar products, performing full valet and detailing work to the highest standards, and keeping your workspace clean, organised, and efficient. You'll work as part of a small, skilled team with a focus on quality and throughput.
A Typical Day at Hadrian's Vehicle Services
To give you a clear picture of what a working day looks like, here's how a standard shift runs:
07:45 — Arrive at the unit. Get changed, check the calendar, and prepare yourself and the workspace for the day ahead.
08:00 — Meet and greet customers. This is your chance to make a great first impression, walk round the vehicles, and confirm the work scope for the day.
08:15 – 10:00 — Vehicle decontamination. Full wash, decontamination, and preparation of all vehicles booked in.
10:00 – 15:00 — Paint correction. The bulk of the day is spent behind the machine — cutting, refining, and finishing paintwork to the standard Hadrian's is known for.
15:00 – 17:00 — Ceramic coating application. Precise, methodical coating work to complete the job and deliver the finish our customers expect.
17:00 — Home time. Job done.
What We're Looking For
Experience in paint correction and ceramic coating application is essential. Familiarity with underbody protection products and application methods is a strong advantage. PPF experience is welcomed but not required. Beyond the technical skills, we need someone who takes real pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, can work efficiently under pressure, and is reliable and punctual — whether working independently or alongside the team.
