Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages that suit their preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash register operations, process payments, and handle basic math calculations accurately
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service flow
- Engage with customers to foster a friendly atmosphere and handle any special requests or concerns
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating positive guest experiences
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
