As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Office Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Your Role:
As a Junior Office Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting key functions to ensure the smooth running of our business. Your main responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Assist with generating and analysing weekly reports to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
Business Development Support: Help identify new client opportunities and contribute to fostering strong relationships with current clients.
Recruitment Assistance: Provide support in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to organizing interviews.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to help plan and track marketing campaigns.
Team Support and Training: Assist with organizing staff training sessions and ensuring team members have everything they need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum A-Level qualification (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
A keen interest in marketing and office administration.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
