Hours: Full Time
Pay: £33,000 - £38,000 (experience dependent)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Children's Deputy Manager to join one of our valued clients at a well-established residential children's home near Rochdale.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be joining a supportive provider that is committed to delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people.

The Role:
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead and mentor the staff team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and company policies
The Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a children's residential setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
