Vehicle Technician – Worcester
Salary: £29,000 – £39,000 DOE plus bonus | 40 Hours | Monday–Friday + Rota Saturdays
We’re currently recruiting for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a brand-new, modern dealership in Worcester.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles to a high standard.
You'll be working as part of a skilled workshop team, with a strong focus on first-time fixes, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out vehicle health checks
- Working to manufacturer repair standards
- Using the latest diagnostic technology and equipment
- Completing work efficiently and within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional workshop
About You
We're looking for an experienced Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to develop their career.
You'll ideally have:
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Equivalent
- Ability to undertake all aspects of repairs including Clutches, Cambelts, Timing chains etc
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Experience within a dealership, independent garage or repair centre
- A full UK driving licence
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team
