- Modern Systems: We work with industry-standard collections software (TMS, Axiell, Modes) to keep our documentation seamless, accurate, and accessible.
- Growth: You will have access to professional development opportunities and training programs (e.g., Spectrum standards, preventative conservation) to keep your expertise sharp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Maintain and update the museum collection database with precise metadata, accessions, and object records.
- End-to-End Logistics: Coordinate transport, packing, insurance, and movement documentation for loans, temporary displays, and permanent acquisitions.

- Spectrum Compliance: Ensure all handling, cataloging, and storage procedures align with official Spectrum standards and museum best practices.
- Stakeholder & Public Support: Facilitate object access for curators, researchers, and public inquiries, explaining collection data clearly and professionally.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in museum registration, archival management, or collection documentation, with hands-on experience in cataloging and object handling.
