Experienced Bathroom Fitter
Emberstone Interiors Ltd is a growing, family-run bathroom and wetroom installation company based in Sleaford. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bathroom Fitter to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Role
You will complete bathroom installations from the initial rip-out through to final finishing, ensuring every project is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete bathroom installations and refurbishments
- Remove and strip out existing bathrooms
- Carry out first and second-fix plumbing
- Install baths, showers, toilets, basins and sanitaryware
- Complete wall and floor tiling
- Carry out basic carpentry and finishing work
- Install bathroom furniture, fixtures and fittings
- Identify and resolve issues during installations
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment in customers’ homes
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout each project
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
About You
- Minimum two years’ bathroom fitting experience is essential
- Strong plumbing and bathroom installation skills
- Plumbing qualification desired but not essential
- Good tiling and general multi-trade skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, professional and respectful in customers’ homes
- Able to work independently and manage jobs effectively
- Full UK driving licence
