Requirements
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who can develop and deliver impactful global marketing campaigns that support business growth.
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a marketing, creative or campaign-focused role.
Proven experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation and email marketing.
Experience supporting product launches and Go-To-Market campaigns.
The ability to develop creative marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product Management and external agencies.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Confidence analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
A proactive, creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
A passion for technology, innovation and premium consumer products.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing Associate – Creative Lead, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and deliver creative marketing strategies that strengthen our global brands and support sales across international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop creative marketing strategies that support the company's commercial objectives.
Plan and coordinate integrated global marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Lead the creative direction and messaging for international campaigns, ensuring consistency across all markets.
Support product launches by developing compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
Work closely with Sales, Product Management, full international Marketing team and Product Marketing to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities.
Coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams, distributors and external agencies.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and return on investment.
Support international exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
Identify new marketing opportunities, trends and creative approaches to strengthen brand awareness.
Build strong working relationships across the business to ensure marketing activity effectively supports sales growth.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays an important part in shaping the company's global marketing activity. You will be responsible for developing creative marketing strategies, planning international campaigns and ensuring consistent messaging across all brands and markets.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product Management and Operations, you'll help bring new products to market, support commercial growth and ensure our international partners have the marketing tools they need to succeed.
