As a People Co-Ordinator you will support the day-to-day operations of our People Team by playing a critical part in delivering a smooth employee experience by handling key administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration: coordinate and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes to employment, and offboarding processes through the People Services inbox. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, reference requests, and other HR documentation. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personal files in compliance with data protection regulations.

HRIS and Systems Support: Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS. Generate standard and ad hoc reports for internal use and compliance reporting. Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of HR systems and tools.

Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information or escalating where necessary. Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal communications.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate transfer of employee data. Support the administration of employee benefits, absence tracking, and statutory leave (e.g. maternity, paternity, sick leave).

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all HR processes and records comply with company policies and employment legislation. Assist with audits and reporting related to compliance, diversity, and workforce metrics.
