We ensure you have a strong team around you—including dedicated managers, chefs, domestic staff, and activities coordinators—so you are always free to focus on what matters most: building relationships and caring for our 35 residents.

How You’ll Brighten Every Day
- Compassionate Care: Assist residents with daily personal care, honoring their dignity, choice, and privacy.
- Promote Well-Being: Help residents maintain their independence, enjoy favorite hobbies, and take part in social events.
- Collaborate: Work alongside Senior Care Assistants to update care plans and tailor support to individual routines.
What We’re Looking For
- A naturally kind, patient, and caring heart (whether you're experienced or completely new to care)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
Available Contracts
- 48 hours/week (Temporary - 6 months)
- 36 hours/week (Permanent)
- 24 hours/week (Permanent)
