Entry Level Sales Representative – Cardiff
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team in Cardiff. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to gain experience in a customer-facing sales environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.
The position involves face-to-face, door-to-door sales across residential areas, representing client campaigns and speaking directly with potential customers.
Your Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in residential locations through door-to-door conversations.
* Represent and promote a variety of client campaigns.
* Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
* Work towards both individual and team performance goals.
* Take part in daily training, coaching and development sessions at our Cardiff office.

* A confident and positive approach when speaking with people.
* A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
* Previous experience is useful but not essential, as training is provided.
* Legal right to work in the UK.

Working Details

* Uncapped commission, based on performance and paid weekly.
* Minimum availability of 4 full days per week, Monday to Saturday.
