We are looking for an experienced waiting staff member who is looking for a part-time role - who has a passion for hospitality and the industry. This role is part-time for both of our venues, Benoli and Bar Cerdita. Applicants must be able to confidently work a section of 8 tables in a busy restaurant, previous experience is essential and necessary.
The role requires applicants to speak confidently to customers, we take pride in explaining the menu in depth. This knowledge will be taught to successful applicants by the senior members of the team and it is a requirement for each server to know the menu off by heart to explain to the customers.
There will be a chance to learn skills behind the bar as well as out front, at Benoli and Bar Cerdita we strive for all our front of house staff to be equipped on each section so you have a feel for the business as a whole. Basic cocktails and drinks knowledge will be taught by the senior members of staff so that you feel confident in each section of the restaurant.
Job Type: Looking for one person for a part time role, must be able to work weekends and be flexible throughout the week and during school/ university holidays including Sumer and Chirstmas holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
