Full Time warehouse operative and relief van driver.
We are a food service wholesaler supplying pubs, restaurants, hotels and all other sectors of the catering industry from our multi temperature site in Branston
The successful candidate will be working in both our ambient warehouse and our refrigerated warehouses which are at -21 degrees and 2 degrees.
Occasional relief driving if needed to deliver goods to customers in one of our company vans.
Full PPE is supplied including cold store clothing for the freezer and chill store areas.
The job entails unloading incoming deliveries with either a forklift or smaller handball deliveries then putting stock away onto their correct locations. You will also be refilling picking locations with stock from the bulk location on a daily basis to ensure the night shift can run smoothly.
Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times.
Candidates will need to have a counter balance forklift license and be used to manual handling as well as a car driving license.
Working Hours will be
- Monday 5am to 2pm ( To include 1 hour of breaks per shift),
- Tuesday 5am to 2pm ( To include 1 hour of breaks per shift),
- Wednesday 5am to 2pm ( To include 1 hour of breaks per shift),
- Thursday 5am to 2pm( To include 1 hour of breaks per shift),
- Friday 5am to 2pm ( To include 1 hour of breaks per shift),
Daily duties would include
- Unloading incoming goods from vehicles
- Putting away stocks and refilling shelves
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and tidy
- Operating the waste baler for the recyclable waste.
- Counter balance FLT License a must
- Car/Van driving license a must
- General Clean up at the end of each shift
